Judgments of the Medical Council of Hong Kong
At the Policy Meeting held on 1 February 2012, the Medical Council agreed to publish in the Council's website future written judgments of the Council made in disciplinary inquiries held on or after 2 July 2008 in respect of the Council's order. For the avoidance of doubt, judgments of the inquiries handed down by the Medical Council before 2 July 2008 would not be uploaded onto the website of Medical Council.
In the normal course of event, a judgment will be published on this website within 3 working days after the conclusion of the disciplinary inquiry concerned.
