Judgments of the Medical Council of Hong Kong
At the Policy Meeting held on 2 July 2008, the Medical Council agreed to publish in the Council's website future written judgments of the Council made in disciplinary inquiries held on or after 2 July 2008 in respect of those Council's order which would be published in the Hong Kong SAR Gazette. For the avoidance of doubt, judgments of the inquiries handed down by the Medical Council before the 2 July 2008 would not be uploaded onto the website of Medical Council.
In the normal course of event, a judgment will be published on this website within 3 working days after the conclusion of the disciplinary inquiry concerned.
