Complaints Against Doctors

How do you make a complaint?

You can discuss a complaint with us at any time. If you decide to make a formal complaint you should let us have as much of the following information as you can.

  • Your full name, address and contact phone number.
  • The full name and address of the doctor.
  • Details of what, in your view, the doctor has done wrong.
  • The dates when the events took place.
  • Copies of any relevant papers, and of any other evidence such as tape recordings or photographs.
  • Names and addresses of anyone else who witnessed the events or who could support your complaint from their own personal knowledge.

Your letter of complaint can be in Chinese or English. If you prefer, you can use the complaint form.
