Change of Registered Addresses
Under the Medical Registration Ordinance, any registered medical practitioner is required to provide an address at which notices from the Medical Council may be served on him / her. For this purpose, please notify the Central Registration Office either in writing or by completing a form, which is available from this website and can be obtained from the Central Registration Office, if there is any change in the registered address. The practising certificate will also be sent by post to the registered address.
